download so much for free, this amount seems based on time, so when you reach your limit it pauses your download and says that you can contenue afer x amount of hours. Leave the window you are downloading from active, (as in don't close it) it will restart downloading at the end of x hours.

I've worked through much of this book over the years, finding a lot of it to be way before its time and its exercises incredibly effective. My 'astral' temple is so much more solid for doing the work. Having the audio books as well is just fantastic. Thank you.
