Mega.nz terminated my old account, all +16 GB of it, that's why all these old links are dead.

This one will take some time because I don't have that book anymore. The copy on archive.org which I just downloaded turned out to be an double-page scan; there are two other ones on annas-archive.org but that site is dead slow today and I don't want to spend all night reuploading old files.
