Do you have the winning at all cost in the second part? I thought i had found a PDF online, but I wasn’t sure if it was that book. I think it has a solid system, although some rituals have to be performed for 20 days straight or more, which i cannot do ATM

A book by that title was posted by me some time ago in answer to a request. I'm not entirely sure it's the right book but its style matches the Finbarr publications:

This is a bit of a weird one. @Emperor Time requested it, @Vandheer found a corresponding text file without a cover or mentioning of authors. The amazon preview is of a different book entirely, so a comparison of the text is impossible. However, @Emperor Time thinks it's the requested book, so...
