[Help] Help with understanding Astronomy

My astrological knowledge is basically 0, so, if anyone could help me to understand this and know how to apply it, it would be awesome.

My main focus was to either work on a Saturday in either saturday or venus hour, and try to see if i can get one saturday with the moon on pisces.

Depends on what you're trying to manifest. You'll position Venus favorably if you're using that aspect or Saturn favorably if you're aiming for his dominion. The Ascendant is on the eastern Horizon. So you're going to want to find a time that Venus is in Pisces while Pisces is ascending. Timing Saturn is going to be difficult as his revolution takes 30 years but if you can aspect him in a trine or sextile thats bonus points but I wouldnt worry too much about that. Now the moon also has to be in conjunction with Venus so that means both the Moon and Venus will be in Pisces when Pisces is Ascendant. Preferably in 6 degrees of each other.

The decans is Pisces divided by 3. So each decans of Pisces is 10 degrees so its saying you can power the talisman more by placing the Moon and Venus in the last 10 degrees of Pisces on the Ascendant.

The manzils its giving you options for are part of the Arabic lunar calendar. So its saying on the 26th or 27th day of the Arabic lunar calendar you can make the talisman.

What I would do is the Moon and Venus in Pisces on the Ascendant. That will be enough. If you can time the decans and Saturn aspect that'll be more power to you. Don't worry about the manzils. Working with them is an entirely different class of spirits and magic i think the author was just trying to communicate another layer of associations.

Well i was going for Saturday because its easier for me, although i can try a friday night on Venus hour at night. Would have to check when would the moon and Venus be on pisces. It’s not for a Talisman but an evocation

Oh if its evocation then just do the day and hour that's enough. Astaroth/Istarte/Venus is Friday those spirits always come on Friday. If you want the Saturn association do it in his hour on a Friday.

I think this one comes closest to (some of the things in) the description in your screenshot. It's not a Friday or Saturday, but next Tuesday.
