Unless one is really well versed in it (I only had high school Latin) depends which translator is used, and there are a bunch, and "Dialect" is a factor too. The above was Google. As for the Order I was talking about, its name back then was ORDO TELLURIS HORARE. This Order controlled the flow of Time on this planet. It had several branches: North America, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe.

Dear Sir, I don’t know your name. I have a high-paying job that requires an annual medical examination, including a psychiatrist and psychological tests. I passed the psychological tests, most recently in May of this year. I am not interested in the pennies that your Time is worth. What interests me is the process itself and the research.

The purpose of this order is not about some “secret knowledge.” It’s much simpler. The point is observation and management of temporal loops, control over them, and elimination of anomalous Time loops on this planet. I had to gather information bit by bit, and it took quite a long time. Now everything is collected… but I still haven’t made a final decision about restoring it. The right moment and place need to be chosen.
I also have a few other interesting projects. One of them is called “Cafe of the Grain of Fate.” It will be a real small café, but with an unusual menu. There, you could take one wish with you. Only one. The project is fully ready and meticulously developed, but I’m saving it for my retirement.))
For that café project, I need a special kind of chalk, which can only be obtained in one place on the coast of England.

My home, apartment, and laboratory—all of that stayed behind “in another life.” I am starting from scratch. But those are my problems, and I will deal with them myself.

In the photo is the first example of a very unusual watch. It was a joint project of mine back in 2020. At that time, we decided to test a development by the Masons—their “double watches.” There is a small workshop in the Swiss mountains that produces unusual watches for celebrities. The idea behind their design is the difference in the flow of Time on the planet’s surface versus under a planetary dome. You can find many photos online of celebrities wearing two pairs of watches. Those are the designs.
Our small team checked everything and concluded that the Masons’ idea did not work correctly. We then created four pairs of watches, selecting some affordable options for the project. What mattered was not the brand, but the mechanism inside.
Okay, we bought the watches. One of us “created the actual piece.” My part of the work was final tuning, calibration, and testing. We tested them on ourselves and our wives.
Each of these watches shares a general energetic setting but has different additional elements. The principle of their operation is based on interaction with two flows of Time. They slow down the flow of Time in the wearer’s body and internal organs. They only work when worn on the wrist.
We were simply curious, so we made it. We never returned to this project because, by then, more interesting ideas on this topic had appeared. These watches were not for sale. It was not a commercial project.
I wanted to add a photo of the first prototype of those watches here, but I didn’t understand how to do it… Can someone tell me how to add a photo to a post here????

Physically, after calibration, each model started to lag by 2 seconds per minute. They are connected to two streams of Time. However, I wasn’t the one who connected them. As I mentioned, there were several of us working on that project. Overall, the idea was mine, but I couldn’t release it alone. We worked as a team.

But in most cases, they all have a physical basis and can be easily explained from a scientific point of view.
In a couple of months, if everything goes as planned, I am preparing to launch a new project. It will be an Artifact. It will contain a very rare element—exactly one hour of Primordial Time. For ordinary people, this artifact will have no physical significance. But for true connoisseurs, it is an extraordinary rarity. This will be only the second artifact of its kind ever created here. The first attempt was made by a magician in the 14th century, who also managed to obtain one hour of Primordial Time. The thing is, there is very little of it left in the Universe.

It's great - if you wanted a background for a series of high fantasy novels or a D&D campaign. Claiming it to be a 'True History of the World' or somesuch? Not so much.
I would like to point out that the formatting and language is the same as ChatGPT. So you might be dealing with someone in AI Psychosis/Delusion. However, the "lore" is very gnostic/enochian and based on history as well as my own personal experiences there is a class of extremely misleading spirits that appeal to pride and give the channeler/practitioner this same story about an antedeluvian civilization that was subject to a cataclysm and then they were trapped in time/spheres and maintain the structure of the universe.
The gnostic cult at Qumran fell victim to this and were massacred in Jerusalem because they believed these spirits lore, John Dee famously died destitute and reputation destroyed because of these same spirits, Iamblichus speaks of them in "On the Mysteries" and labels them "terrestrial spirits" and they're known to be delusional/ignorant spirits that co-excite the conjurer/channeler, and I've had personal experiences with them before while conjuring celestial spirits where the tried to feed me the same shtick.
I'm gonna lean towards the AI Psychosis theory as the formatting looks like this guy has just been spending a lot of time talking to ChatGPT and misinterpreting it as gnosis which explains the bad Latin for the name of the order. However, there is a very real possibility that he's being stirred up into a phantasia by a class of spirits historically known to do this to people who are weak to pride/a messiah complex.
