For the schizophrenics, how do you cope with your hallucinations being of a spiritual nature? For example, if a voice presented to you a hidden logos of your being, would you ultimately be able to adopt it as a new part of your identity even if it conflicted with your conscious view of the world? Does knowing that these voices come from your mind ease you? Or do you live with multiple demons infesting your psyche?

no you ground and focus in the here and now. the easiest way is to go barefoot and let the energies flow out of the soles of your feet into the earth. being in the here and now means that when you cook you cook, you dont think other stuff. when you drive you drive, no other thoughts.
when you have voices you tell them 'silence or i kill you' or you kick them out. if you have visuals make sure you lock your door and have no nasty shit like knives around and work them out in a similar way. you are the boss not your senses.

and when youre down and out you tell that higher thing to fuck off and kick its ass too. whether you call that higher being god, allah, the universe, the matrix, just kick it and tell it its an asshole and that its wrong using you for that shit. kick it until its out of your sphere and close that gate. its not you when it conflicts with your view. fucking 8 years clean and then trying to mess you up, who the fuck do they think they are!

Most of the cases, the Schizophrenic is not aware that they are having hallucinations. My Elder who taught me the Waabanowin way was Schizophrenic, however he was aware. He often asked me to let him know if he was "talking to the air" or "a bad wind" as he called it.
