Posting this as an opinion because this is a very short invocation and very "bare", I did make a more organized one but I got shoot down by my spirits and a few other friends as as too convoluted ceremonial style. This is mostly channeled invocation to be done three times a day, morning noon and sunset. I recommend to give it a few days and see how it goes with you. I only have a 40 days time for this, I don't know the long-term effect of it beyond 5-6 months or even one year of doing this:
Prayer to Uriel to be said for Every Morning, Noon, and Night.

In the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit,
By the hand of God, by the holy shroud of God, and by his five holy wounds.
By the names of Christ, known and unknown, secret name of god, secret name of Jesus, IAO IAO IAO. I beseech you through the guidance of my guardian angel to rectify any mistake in my prayer and action.
I call forth the elementals within and without me, I invite you to join my invocation today.
Gnomes, Undines, Salamanders and Sylphs come forth and pray with me:
By the Sun of the Earth, By the Sun of the world, By the Light of God. Uriel, Light of God, Balance the elements within me
Point toward you with two hands, all fingers pointing toward you.

Point fingers outward away from you.
