... which is gevurah.

The mathematical part, which goes back to the Greeks, is a little funky, but useful.

But, please forgive the repeated question... what does the mathematical part have to with Binah? Where's the correspondence? What's the relationship?

It's true, a lot can be accomplished beginning with contemplation on the luminaries in the sky, cultivating heartfelt awe in conjunction with intellectual wonder, the mind and heart develop into a metaphirical crucible... and from within his empty vessel, the individual receives ( literal translation of Kabalah, "receiving" ) inspiration, a psychological boost, and potentially divine insight, which is a manifestation of Binah.

Anyone can memorize any relationship, and contemplate on its mystery to accomplish the same result. But they're not actually working with Binah. And that's a problem if their original intention is to connect with this specific primordial energetic priciple.

But.

That doesn't make a proper correspondence. It's mysterious. And from within this mystery, great things can be conceived. But, it's not the accuracy of the correspondence which is producing the beneficial effect. It's the awe ( a manifestion of gevurah and ) in conjunction with wonder ( a manifestation of chesed blended with hod ). Binah, is not being brought forward here.

But, what I see often, having memorized the Hebrew words... one can easily dazzle their audience. It's a "glamor charm", not Kabbalah. It's often not malicious. The individual is actully charming themselves, more than the others, via the sound of theor own precious words received by their own ears.

The books I study from writes about this, and is Greek Qabbalah, can you tell me if there is anything wrong if I study that? I dont really want to study the classic Kabbalah because I dont think is for me, but this school I practice has a Neo Platonic philosophy and I like it very much, I have advanced in Magick practice, but I am just confuse.

Yeah, it's fine - that was my main point basically, that there are two different Kabbalah's in the Western world; Aurum Solis claims lineage back to the Renaissance Neoplatonists, so if you're following that tradition of the Christian/Hermetic Kabbalah, you'd get much more out of studying sources on planetary magic like Agrippa and Picatrix, instead of classical Jewish Kabbalah and Hebrew scripture. No worries man, you got this

Thanks man, in the Aurum Solis books they explained they are friends to Chic and Sandra Cicero, and the AS like to quote Crowley for example on their works, but I am a begginer on Qabbalah and I have no teacher, so is hard for me to know what is good and what is not.
