It is possible, why not? Polytheists do. What are your own doubts regarding to this? The thing is more, do you want it yourself? Do you know your why? .... Are you being able to divide time and attention between those gods? If not, for me personally that would be a no go. If I search connection I really want to have time, have real focussed attention and time to journal it decently. Most of the periods in my life I have not, so for me it would not be my practice... And regarding to combining pantheons: for the one person it works and it is perfectly fine, for the other it is a complete no go and really confusing. I think you have to discover for yourself what works or not.

(And it depends if you are in full worship or petitioning. That is a difference in intensity for me, but maybe not so for others)

For me, it was possible. But as time went by, I wasn’t able to manage my time and attention well, just like AlfrunGrima put it. I grew weary and eventually had to "break up" with some deities. When I worked with them, I would pray, give offerings, and chat in the same way I connected with my first deity, and the work went smoothly. So yes, you can connect to other gods — but maybe expect that one day you might have to choose which deities to settle with.

Mixing systems/deities is like yes and no. It can work perfectly and give boosting effects, supporting one another. The good scenario is possible.
There is also the chance of getting problems where something gets cancelled out, a feeling how you are being torn apart, how the spirits from group A cannot match with group B. Some people have mentioned that it felt like spiritual battle in their room.
There can be bad spiritual side effects, something screwing up. Almost like fighting over you. Especially if you are into very active work, it can definitely feel like fighting over you.

There are different people and different paths. Something might work great for a while but then you have to choose, settle, like what @Chodbaxofyw said. I've always been into different systems at once too and it has given both very good and very bad side effects.

As long as everyone involved is getting along and feeling alright then I think it's totally possible! I mean you can still do it either way but it will make for a harder time if your gods don't like eachother very much.

How much other stuff do you want to try?
Communication is key here.
Generally speaking mixing deities dilutes your energy because of a lack of cohesion and synchronized action.
It is possible in theory but it would spread you thin without the direct assistance of the god in question.

You have been given so much good guidance already! I wanted to share my own personal way of how I see working with multiple, I will call them "powers", though you called them "gods" and neither label is wrong in my view. If you see yourself (the entirety of your YOU as whoever you are) as a puzzle (I usually think of a multidimensional puzzle), and how all the pieces are each a power/god, and every one different yet fit together so complimentary and perfect in their respective places. And to examine how well they all fit, you simply sit back and observe how they all contribute to the greater picture, the picture of you. Or in other words, you will feel your own congruence. So practically, you could use this analogy in so many different ways to support your own personal empowered ecosystem. I do hope that makes sense to someone lol.

technically? sure, people do it in magic all the time. It also depends on what you consider 'connecting' to be...in a ritual, in a devotional way? For example, sometimes devotional ways, or when you're trying to forge a connection with a spirit or deity, that can require constant work, like tending to altars, regular sacrifices/offerings, and if you're already doing that with another deity/spirit, you have to judge if doing that again for another deity/spirit is possible for your mental and physical time restraints.

It depends on your capacity. Why would any God want to be associated with you? Are you interesting? Courageous? Capable? What differentiates you from the horde of billions? Are you capable of having an intense, devoted relationship, of being loyal and likable? Do you have the capacity to succeed, overcome, and become sovereign over your circumstances? Or do you just live a normal, uninteresting life in squalor, struggling to accomplish the feats of a mundane existence while peacocking to strangers?

I can make a few guesses based on how you conduct yourself, but only you yourself can make an accurate inventory.

To get to the question at hand: yes. You can have a whole pantheon of 12 or more, much like how you go to a doctor for health concerns, have a coach to encourage you, a muse to inspire you, etc. in the mundane life, you may engage in several relationships with "Gods". Of course, if you're not worthy, you may just wind up a spiritual-incel and only delude yourself into having a harem of superb beings acting at your beck and call in your unkept bedroom.

Every person is unique and capable of accomplishing things no other can, there are no hard set "yes or no" rules in reality, only your own limits.

Considering gods as archetypes - as manifestations of cosmic currents - I would suggest to find synergies in their aspects for your work. To project these synergies you could work with a sigil that unifies their aspects.
