Wrong section. Make a post in Book Request but I can tell you right now, your request will be declined since the book is available in hardcover only from a couple of fringe publishers. It's pretty unlikely that someone will scan it and put it on the net, which makes it a super-rare book as per Book Request Rule No. 5:
