Um, isn't this exactly what WF just did? I now have to pay in order to access the books.

Being a Benefactor gives you access to the Library, yes. And it's great that you chose to support WF financially, but if you read the Rules you'll see that you don't need to pay for this. Benefactor is just one of the ways mentioned in the Rules and relevant threads that open the Books section

You've been registered since 2023... all you had to do to access the library is make 1 (one [a single]) post in any of the occult sections.

I guess you paid $3.99 to skip having to read the huge notice in the library section. Thank you for your support.
