This version was published in 1991, not in 2000 (which may be only a reprint with a different cover); the first revised edition was published in 1982, so this is the revised edition of a revised edition of the 1880 translation of a book that was originally published in 1849, so I'll consider this request fulfilled, this was the only copy I could find anyway:
