Part 1 of this workbook combines a series of graded exercises that build upon one another using Nature as a training partner and as our source of ritual energies. The practitioner will move through 6 Steps with exercises that give practical, useful skills that build upon each other throughout Part 1. Passive sensing abilities are turned into Active skills building towards accessing multiple natural energy sources directly.
