A Saturn Meditation by Ignatius Kal

For anyone interested in Saturnian magic:
I recently came across this interview with Ignatius Kal, a long time member of the Fraternitas Saturni.
At around 53:45, he calls upon Saturn and then guides the interviewer through a meditation that i thought some of you here might find interesting:

The meditation is really pleasant, along with the call to Saturn. It really made me feel calm and less stressed.

When he said Saturn creates and destroys, I couldn't have agreed more with the statements. Saturn creates the new you by shedding the old and broken aspects of yourself.

It also made me think of some of the most esotetical properties of the statement that Jesus said: I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. He created the New World (spiritually speaking (enlightenment from ignorance and elevation of the soul), by destroying the bad and broken energies of the Old World. Saturn really is the ruler of the Universe as even the Moon has its cycles and phases at specific times, and time again is ruled by none-other than Saturn. Every planet in this Universe has a scientifically acknowledge rotation cycle and also reverse (retrogradity) cycle at some point at given times .

Nice observations! I could feel that calming effect too. Saturn´s energy can be deeply grounding, slowing everything down and quieting the mental noise. I think that side of him is often overlooked because people focus more on his restrictive and demanding qualities.
Btw, it´s kind of funny for me that it reminded you of Jesus, since Saturn is seen as the Demiurge within the FS but yeah the symbolism of Alpha and Omega does fit in a way
