This is essentially the practice of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception except this is instituted with a Novena to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This is one of many prayer rules instituted by many of the Confraternities, Orders, etc. of the Roman Catholics. If you love it, by all means!

That's not a rosary and has absolutely jack squat to do with the actual rosary. Obviously put together by Protestant dorks/ex-Evangelicals who don't understand how the rosary is structured and what it's meant to do.

The most powerful Christian prayer? The strongest Christian method is the spam of Jesus or Jesus Christ name. This goes at 10K-15K/hour, non stop recitation, as fast as possible. Often done using beads, 3-5x per bead. Gives a massive blazing energy charge. The more hours at once the better, but because it is so short and you read it very fast, the states can become too hype. Not many people do it, even the hesychasts mostly read the long version. The short form is most effective for total smashing through your entire system, all the chakras. Yes, agree. This why I keep mentioning everywhere that longtime serious training/ doing things on a regular base is an import part of doing/performing magic. (although beginners luck sometimes can be present too. Interesting thing for a new topic. Some beginners have real beginners luck but forfeit it after the beginning period)

Yes sure. I kind of already explained it but let's try
The method. It's a form of hesychasm, check Wikipedia.
It's the shortest form. You need a set of beads and read the shortest form of the Jesus prayer, just the name of Jesus or Jesus Christ. Maybe once per bead, twice, thrice, 4-5x. Similar to the Sufi practice of reading Allah Allah, Allahu Allahu. The same could be done with the Hebrew god names.
The effects, it gives a charge. If you are into working with the psalms, rosary and such, you become more connected.
They are great for increasing the overall sensitivity. Carries over to other practices, Hindu mantras if you want. Overall sensitivity goes very high. You do have to do some processing to achieve it.

The shortest form has very demolishing effects. Goes through like fire. The practice can cause instability due to the rapid spamming. It demolishes the blockades.

My girlfriend was raised Southern Baptist and I understand and empathize with a lot of the hurt that might stop some of ya'll from trying out Catholic and Orthodox mystical practices. So if you had early childhood Christo-trauma, and can't quite engage with these practices by using Chaos Magic paradigm-shifting, you might appreciate the kind and gentle vision of Christ found in the very mystical pantheism and expressed in the Thelemic E.Q. math cypher. It might be just the exit door from the Grey Room of Thud some might need.

In Cath Thompson's The Magickal Language of the Book of the Law: An English Qaballa Primer there's a very beautiful, transcendent but also very Thelemic interpretation of Christ as a god that comes from the Goddess (Mary / Nuit) elucidated (discovered) using the math cypher of the Book of the Law Jim Lee's groups discovered back in the 1970's.

My Marion experiences came through Vodou and TradCath practices , long before reading about the E.Q., which I first took as the extreme end of occult nerd stuff. I can't speak to what it might or will do for you, but even while thinking it's kind of silly , about 8 years ago I had an ecstatic mystical experience that lasted three whole days of joy and beauty after reading a section of JSK's Serpent Tongue, his book on the E.Q. While this is personal gnosis, I might say there is something psychoactive going on there, and might be helpful to overcome any bitterness around one's "Abrahamic" upbringing.

And it probably go without saying, don't use this try to argue theology with the Augustinian schools, The Deomicans, or the orthodoxy, it would be very offensive to them. I never argue with them, and don't see the point.
