Hello all,
I have been on a journey of trying to have my first OBE for around 6 months.
i have incorporated meditation as well as reality checks into my daily regime
i am also doing shadow work and energy work to understand the subconscious better to aid with this task
however, progress is slow. Some days I skip certain steps or forget to be present in every moment.
So, I am asking for a partner on here that we can message daily and update each other on these sorts of things as well as dreams to catalogue and encourage daily practice.
is anyone interested?
