I have a great-uncle who never had children and owns many properties, but some opportunistic people covet his assets. He doesn’t want the family’s fruit to leave the core of the family. What spirits do you recommend to achieve this goal?

You seem to be an opportunist yourself. Though I don't think that it is necessary bad thing.

I would recommend spirit of close friendship, meaning spending time bonding with the said person so that you become someone of value to them instead of wealth hungry person.

I'm not knowledgeable about demons but this sounds like something to work with demons. How much experienced are you? If you already have some spirits that work with you, they might know who to ask for help.
