Does anyone who actually practices animal sacrifice, for any reason be open to explain how it works?

Point here is that sacrifice is almost never done for "power" or "energy" or any other Hollywood nonsense, it's about making dinner for a community. If you don't already eat livestock you kill on a regular basis, you should probably ignore the idea of ritual sacrifices in your practice.
A very common misconception... Santeria, is a very urban religion, so is Quimbanda and many other ATRs, do you really think that people in Miami or Sao Paolo sacrifice goats because they don't have grocery stores over there? Or are they too stupid to comprehend the intent of their own traditional practices? This is just racist at this point, speaking for non-western practitioners and making assumptions about them, twisting their culture to fit your narrative.Sacrifices in Santeria are also eaten.
LOL Dude, learn to read. Seriously, go back and read my post. Slowly. Out loud if you must. Do you really think that is what I'm saying? LOLOL People say I am confusing, maybe this is one of those cases where I think I'm speaking clearly and yet nobody understands. Somebody else help me here, do you see this racism and accusations of stupidity in my post?do you really think that people in Miami or Sao Paolo sacrifice goats because they don't have grocery stores over there? AW did not say that I "flattened" Santeria. I am accused of racism. Do you agree that my statements amount to racism yes or no?afflictedWanderer is correct that you appear to have flattened Santeria a bit in your post -

In most traditional societies it works exactly the other way around: If you're a hunter or a butcher, you're not a priest, therefore you can't perform animal sacrifice and the rituals related to it. In India, Brahmins and butchers are not merely separate, they're on the opposite sides of the caste spectrum.Opinion: people who never had anything to do with killing animals for food and who have no intention of using sacrificial animals for food should avoid trying to kill animals for energy.
