Registering allows you to see all posts, and make posts yourself, which would be great if you could share your knowledge and opinions with us! You could also make posts to ask questions!

Instead of making 5 more threads I provide a small collection of books which I considered to be some of the best on the subject. I apologize in advance.

Albert Pike's annotated edition by Arturo de Hoyos
Scottish Rite Ritual Monitor and Guide by Arturo de Hoyos
McClenechan's Book of the Ancient And Accepted Scottish Rite
Blanchard's Scottish Rite Vol1 & 2

The subject matter proved to be very disappointing but I digress.
Enjoy

Wonderful! Having read an older copy of Pike's M&D, now I can find out for myself if I should buy de Hoyos's annotated version.
