• Constantly feel vibrations corresponding to Tree of Life Sephira, particularly Yesod
• Had Music Ambitions back in 2018, and contacted A.A. Have been afflicted ever since

I've been reading Josephine McCarthy's Exorcist's Handbook -- but I've found I need assistance as the procedures aren't something I can do myself.

I haven't read it. The technique I teach is self-administered, but, I'm not taking any students. I teach the book of Psalms in Hebrew. I can offer to give you a few pointers, but, I simply don't have the time to invest in anything ... shall we say ... "treatment-resistant".

I recommend to work with the Jesus prayer, mt Athos hesychast style. This is the best for a self exorcism. I've had problems in the past and it was a great remedy. I also taught people to use it against spiritual issues and they felt fine afterwards. It's very effective but it has to be "spammed", very long sessions are required. It gives a powerful flush, a format-c type of effect. The other energies leave and you feel normal again. It blasts you clean and clear.

For a self exorcism with the JP. Read it either in Latin, English, Old Church Slavonic. Aim for 4000/6000/8000 per day. It might be enough to do it for a day, maybe 2-3-4 or 5. Usually it goes quite fast, very often a day is all it takes. The rate is around 1000 per hour. Depending on the length of the JP, long & short, 1000-1500+.

When the goal is to remove an "attachment", the raw force of this raised energy will get rid of the attachment. The physical sensations of something leaving can be felt. About like "night turning into a day". Immediate effects.
Psalms can be good but they are not as intense as this practice, unless you use the "mad methods, such as reading all 150 at once, daily".

About the method.
The way how it works is, imagine yourself as a pipe, cylinder. The cylinder connects all the chakras from bottom one to the top. When you blast through something that has very hot energy like this one, it forces the whatever else out from you. Force must be applied, that's why long sessions are required. Depending on the situation it can either go fast or take days.
Since you already have a lot of experience with chanting, it probably goes faster. Plus you worked with the other Jesus chant.

One of my own cases. It took a single session but I was in a very open state at that time and it went through like fire within an hour. Another case took 4 hours. The worst took entire day. There was a big blockade and something attached. All my cases were self inflicted due to my own mistakes and extreme level of openness. Some other people needed 1-3+ days.

The format-c effect is very strong with it. It gets rid of all kinds of blockades as well and you feel more connected to everything (in a good way). Another way to describe it. It feels about like blowing a balloon. The balloon goes bigger and bigger and then it explodes with the blockades and everything else getting pushed off.

However if you, for example, were a muslim, I'd recommend to spam "la ilaha illallah".

The method is called hesychasm, just look it up on wikipedia.
There's the JP and there's the TP.

Example of a JP, starting with the longest. Greek versions. I like 3, Latin, Greek and Church Slavonic

The method either uses just the JP or some people might throw in the TP. Maybe 80% JP + 20% TP or a 50-50% mix.

For the purpose of removing a spiritual problem the JP is spammed. I think it is better to use beads but it can be done without. It ignites the system and fries it all. The fire goes through.

This method is good for many other reasons too. Getting yourself more open, feeling more connection to other practices.
It's a great mental exercise that teaches you to focus on something. A "mantra", clearing mind of all thoughts, feeling the energies. It teaches you how to process something for a long time. Gets you more used to higher energy levels.

Dear Ziram, I am very fond of the Psalms. The Sepher Tehillim requires deep study. Reciting it in Hebrew, while seeking to learn the language as well as using the correct breathing and attitude during recitation, is a major question I have today. That is, how to truly recite it the right way and seek the proper connection. It is a pity not to have someone to talk to and learn from. I also really like the Ana B'Koach; to me, it is one of the most beautiful prayers when sung, and it also has great depth in its treatment of the 42 Names. There is so much to learn, but few sources and no way to clear up doubts and deepen my knowledge.

You should experiment with different languages and versions. Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Old church Slavonic, depending on what you can speak, understand or desire to learn. Lots of different English versions. There can be enormous differences.

The connection has different aspects and sides in there. Your level of openness, ability to connect, the methods you use, session length, daily practices, other practices, many factors. There can be differences between reading out & silently. Different name in there, Lord, Jehovah, Adonay, all this can feel different.

Pronunciation, check YouTube. Differences between the reciters.

You should experiment. As the connection grows and spiritually lots will change, the effects you get now will drastically change over time.

The word hesychast you quoted, if you combine that with the psalms, that flips it all around as well. It can be a great booster, fuel.

not sure how this old post got updated. however the first ritual to start with is LBRP, it should be a basic and even those in the left hand path use this as a basic start to any of their rituals, for most of them.

Then theres purification, this involves asking an angel to purify you or someone else. Im trying to turn this into a ritual similar to the LBRP to invoke some angels that can do this effortlessly, though they have agreed to make available this feature like the LBRP to anyone in general, i am having difficulty drawing out the required shape, given its the shape that appears spiritually when they do it.

Ontop of that if theres an invading entity, that requires destroying it. Otherwise if theres a problem not related to an invasion then theres healing and theres also defence from attacks including solving it by nullifying the attacker. Im not always here to always see every request for help and i myself do provide help for free, but i thought i'd mention the process i go through in providing it. Granted a thorough interview of the problem and symptoms are needed. All this on top of invoking a purification.

The right hand path for exorcism is very effective, but strange to most as people are only familiar with the LBRP and asking the angels for help, rather than directing a solution. The angels are effective, but knowing their individual skills is very important and knowing what to ask or invoke them for as well. Since i use the direct path its more effective but much harder than just setting out a candle or a supposed suitable offering.
