I saw this on "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind" on Amazon Prime. It's a protocol that allows you to contact aliens. I think it was created by Dr. Stephen Greer. The documentary had pictures of them being visited by non-human life forms and there are also videos of lights forming patterns and moving in the sky when the CE-5 Protocol was done. If you haven't seen the documentary, I would highly suggest checking it out.
