Hello,

I am looking for a book about Ancient Mythical beings such as the Phoenix or other types of mythical beings since I would like to incorporate it in my magickal practices. I personally am very drawn to the phoenix and I find that connecting to it really enhances my work so I am wondering if there are any serious books about specifically that.

Let me know about any ideas you guys have or books you've read about the phoenix!

The Greek word phoinix appears first in Precepts of Chiron, a work whose attribution was debated even in antiquity by Hesiod scholars. Those references and those by Hecataeus, Herodotus, and other Greek authors are the likely sources for Ovid’s expansive reworking of the myth in his Metamorphoses and Amores.
