Banishing after Invocation

I've been doing the LBRP + LBRH + Rosy Cross every morning. I just added the Invoking version of both this morning and felt a much higher surge of energy and presence. I plan on repeating this sequence in the night. My question is should I banish after invoking in the morning? I do banish at night just because.

I am following the framework outlined in the Damien Echols book Angels and Archangels. He suggest it's fine to not banish after invoking the angels.

Any thoughts?

YMMV but if it's angels there's little reason to banish in the morning. The only reason would be is if you find that extra surge of energy to be uncomfortable/negative. Working with angels is very forgiving, not a lot of ways to unintentionally mess it up and put yourself in danger.

It really depends on the nature of the entity and your relationship with it. If you are doing a formal invocation and want to completely clear the workspace to return to mundane reality, a standard banishing (like the LBRP or a simple energetic flush) is highly recommended. However, if you are working with an ally or a patron spirit and you want their energy to linger and manifest in your life, hard banishing immediately after can actually disrupt the connection. I usually prefer a polite license to depart, followed by a grounding ritual, rather than aggressively banishing my allies.

yea that's why I only work with angels now. I've had some crazy experiences in the past so this makes sense to me.

This is interesting and why I didn't banish in the morning. I did want the energy in my life. Sometimes it was too intense in the space so I'd go out and work or go to to the gym. I did do a simple license to depart for any wayward spirits trapped in the space because I felt the angels had their freedom regardless.

I did sense something else in the space a few times and wasn't sure and so I've added license to depart as the close every morning. I also warn before I begin. I'm really not wanting any random spirits tagging on me so I think this practice is removing any lingering attachments.

You can do grounding meditation, grounding etc if you don't do it.
This is a good idea. I do usually sit for a while afterward in silence but being more intentional would help. I didn't mention I also do the middle pillar in between the banishing and invoking. All this takes a while and a bit of energy so a bit of grounding and recharge would be in order, even going outside in the grass would be better ;-) Thanks

I don't think there is any need to banish daily, it's like continually cleaning a space. You might want some things to hang around and work but they won't be able to if the space they occupy is continually cleared. If you are working with a very. Much unknown or questionable entity then perhaps it is a good idea after the working is complete.

I always recommend not to banish after invoking if the intent is to keep the spirit/energy influence around. Only banish if you're overwhelmed by the forces. For example, working with the element of fire can lead to insomnia, in which case it's good to banish it in the evening, before going to sleep. Let the forces work, but don't let them negatively impact your life.
