In many traditions, the core of any magical practice isn’t a trick or shortcut — it’s intention. Not just wanting something, but holding a clear, emotionally charged vision of it as if it were already real. The difficulty is that this requires a level of inner coherence that most people rarely have. Doubt, hesitation, and conflicting desires tend to weaken focus.
In that sense, “magickal power” might be less about external forces and more about psychological alignment. The more convinced someone is, the more their perception, behavior, and decisions subtly shift in that direction — which can make outcomes more likely. It’s similar to a self-fulfilling prophecy: belief influences action, and action influences results.
Maybe the real question isn’t how to increase power quickly, but how deeply someone is willing to examine their own belief, intention, and internal contradictions.
