[Help] Best time for consecration?

It really depends on the object and the aim of the consecration. A gold ring meant for protection, for example, is best done in the day and hour of the Sun (i.e., sunrise on a Sunday), with the Moon waxing and - if you want bonus points - while the Sun is in Leo.
