In a magical sense, the hour of Mars in the morning or evening, however it lines up is something worth trying out.
There are a few iOS apps and websites that can tell you what the magical hours are throughout any given day/time.

I prefer the morning though. Having it out of the way early and getting the blood flowing/extra oxygen and endorphins helps with getting shit done at work, assuming you don't slay yourself too hard.

Between 6 and 8 if you want to sync with the Cortisol/Ghrelin peak (fasted recommended) or 2 to 4PM if you want the best natural boost of test, reaction time and strength.

I usually do exercises between 12 to 5PM, depending on what I have to do I choose a time frame between there somewhere. Sometimes several sessions. I feel like the day time is better than early morning or late evening :rolleyes:

From midnight 00 to 01 a.m., it's best to fulfill any intentions, desires, or connect to this flow.
And here one can charge with streams from the Moon flow and from the Sun from the nadir

From 12 noon to 13 p.m. day - best suited for Solar charging from the Zenith point flow

And it is best to do meditation during world meditations from 04:00 to 05:00 approximately...

Depends on the reality tunnel you’re playing in. From a fitness perspective: The best time of day to workout is the time of day you can consistently workout (3-5x a week). If you work 9 to 5, a morning workout probably works better than if youre working the night shift. If youre too tired at the end of a workday you probably wont go to the gym in the evening. If youre a night owl and cant wake up at 5 am than an evening workout is probably your best bet. That said, certain types of workout can interfere with deep sleep and REM. So earlier in the day is probably better off.
if youre asking from a magickal framework, then it likely depends on your system (and intent for working out and the desired outcome etc).
