I’m interested if anyone has tried doing at least 1hr of a 4-7hz binaural meditation. The same one / or closely associated to the sound of the gateway tapes.

Share your experience’s down below!

1) Wear headphones,
2) Be in complete darkness,
3) Know and make sure that there will be no distractions

these steps are crucial.
it’s important to not let any thoughts in.

Just focus on the sound and back of your eyelids.

Here are a few links to what I’m referring to.

Really interested in hearing everyone’s result!

My experience the very first time, about 30 minutes in to the meditation) I heard clapping and a bit after that I heard someone calling my dogs name to come to them. So it’s important to be 100% sure you won’t be bothered otherwise it will get you to break out of the moment wondering what that sound was. 😅

I have been experimenting with both binaural and isochronic tones. I will definitely look at the links you provided.

Lately, I have been researching headphones and earbuds as the ones I had weren't really up to the task. I just purchased some Anker Soundcore Space A40 earbuds which are a good, cost-effective option while I explore some better headphones.

Thanks!!!!

As I listened, I saw nothing at first. Then, it was more like the feeling of sound, as if the sounds themselves were images. What I saw was an abyss-- a deep, dark, bottomless, timeless, directionless abyss, which throbbed before me, inviting me to come closer. It was as if a great and dark heart was beating before me.
