The Book of Knowledge by anonymous, is a compilation of techniques from basic meditation, energy work, spiritual defense, astral projection and many more topics.
To my knowledge it is a anonymous piece that has been circulating in small circles since it's beginnings. The language is hard to take serious but is well received in the communities it has been preserved in.

Very strange 3 posts are repeated in spite that I use the search function to detect the the presence of the books before uploading them I will be more careful next time.
