Hi friends!

I am not sure whether this post belongs in the LHP-section of the website, or the book-site, because I am not talking about any specific titles.
If my guess that this thread belongs to the LHP-side of things is wrong, I will of course change it to the book category the second I get wind of this.
Also, I am sure this is not the first post about asking for books about LHP books but I simply could not find any, which is why I am making this post

Back to the topic though

In a nutshell, I am brand-spanking new to the world of occultism, but after having dug through the absolute fundamental of the LHP-philosophy, I found out that what I have heard so far about the LHP-side of things resonates pretty well with me. I already have a book about LHP-stuff, which is Persuasion of the Witch's Craft by Tanya M. Luhrmann. When diving deeper into the left-hand-path world, I would like to have more books to reference and compare explanations of concepts to, so I am still on the look-out for something that sort of explain the LHP-side of things too and preferably is somewhat aimed at novices if that'd be possible.

If anyone has any nice suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

Thank you for reading and as usual, have a nice night!

Most of what I know about the LHP comes from Michael Aquino's "Black Magic" as well as various posts by @Wintruz, such as this one or this one "Uncle Setnakt's Essential Guide to the Left Hand Path" by Don Webb, a former High Priest of the Temple of Set, also gets frequently mentioned as a good introduction for beginners.

Just found this post, I think you'll find much useful info there (again, see mainly @Wintruz's recommendations):

By the way, posts such as this one should by rights go into Book Discussion and Reviews tagged as "Recommendation", same as all questions concerning (recommended) books.

Heya there and thank you so much the recommendations!

On a sidenote, do you want me to delete and recreate this post in the books tab or is it fine for now? I don't mind doing that, but I can see it being rather confusing and cumbersome

I'll second that "Black Magic" reccommendation. It's a pretty useful compass.

You can't delete your post as a simple Forum member, and it would be a pity anyway because this would mean that useful replies would be deleted as well. The thread can be moved though by member of the Forum staff with a higher authorization than mine.

I think we can move this thread or merge it with the other one though as both thread are in the library section which is our jurisdiction.
It's right there on the mod tools too.
The question is if it's really worthy to do that though. As once done it is hard to undo.
