The only specialised book I can think of off the top of my head is this:

I haven't read it but Zanna Blaise is a member of the Gallery of Magick, and I rather liked her "The 72 Sigils of Power". I mean, there are books with titles like "Love Magic: Over 250 Magical Spells and Potions for Getting it, Keeping it, and Making it Last" out there which I find impossible to take seriously. Results-oriented books about general magic, however, will typically have sections on love magic as well, e.g. Ch. 9 of Jason Miller's "Real Sorcery":

Good luck!

Ortega y Gasset's "Sobre el Amor" isn't a magick book, really. Still it's a first rate meditation on the matter of love and attraction. His notion of an "immanent ideal" as an account of beauty is a fascinating---but undeveloped---alternative to the "theory of forms" propounded in Plato's dialogues. (Though to be fair, the harshest critic of that "theory" was Plato himself.) Likewise Ortega's dictum that "woman is a confused being" is a rather one-sided precursor of the later "Men are from Mars; Women from Venus" mantra.
