There is a really terrible scan of it on pdfcoffee. Not sure if I'm allowed to link to it but it shows up on a google search. It's a shitty scan but it looks readable.

Just google "Borax: The Jewel of Midnight" pdf, it should be the first hit (always use quotation marks to search for the exact expression instead of single words!). I won't consider the request fulfilled though until somebody posts a mega link either here or in Book Shares.
