Go to church confession and explain it to the Father. If you need more then you might need help. Make sure you spiritual exercise set is solid and that you're progressing.
If you need more, I am able to help but realistically you need to do what I said first. Even then, doing this work is specialized and is better done in person as there are a lot of factors that have to be discussed and addressed. If you're doing your yoga, Qi Gong, etc. and you have talked with those who can heal you by talking with them, then look within and see where you go, that is going to work better, for now, than what I could do.
