This isn’t a complicated session, but it does require quite a bit of ingredients.
You'll need a neon candle, a candle snuffer, a stand mirror, a plate, caramel bits, Graham cracker crumbs, and peppermint candies.
(If you can’t find Graham crackers where you are, try an online recipe to make them. They serve as a sweet “spice” in this magick session because of the sugar, cinnamon, and honey. However, you can’t simply replace Graham crackers with just sugar, cinnamon, and honey)
Light the neon candle.
(Remember, it has to be a neon candle to bring blessings. Any colored neon candle will do)
Place the stand mirror behind the neon candle so it reflects you. Angle the mirror so you can see both the candle’s flame and a part of your body (if you’re using a small stand mirror).
(Do not use a hand mirror because it can’t stand on its own, and you need your hands free)
Before you sit down, make sure that the caramel bits, Graham cracker crumbs, and peppermint candies are within reach. They’re more than a feet away, but not yet placed on the plate.
Sit facing the candle and mirror. Place all 3 ingredients on a plate and position the plate on either the left or right side of the candle
(Do not put the plate between the mirror and the candle)
Let the neon candle burn for exactly 1 hour and 40 minutes while you sit there in front of it. When the time is up, snuff the candle with your candle snuffer.
(Do not blow out the candle, and don’t let it burn all the way down)
(If you’re unsure what to do in front of the mirror and candle, you can also meditate)
To repeat the session, wait 44 days from the start date. After those 44 days, you can begin the session again.
