I would like to contact Archangel Chamuel for justice, regarding a lifetime of wrongs suffered.
This is about re-balancing and correcting energies and pathways to restore stolen potential in finances, relationships and all the matters of life.
It should ultimately concern legal matters for actual crimes committed, there has been a journey to get to this point.
It is to workout damages and compensation, a healing path and hold perpetrators to account.
Going through legal process is complex and scary considering how serious the matter is and needs guidance.

I hope to get closure from this.
Is there a good way to go about it or an alternative Archangel?

You already have everything you need.

Set up a holy space, sanctify it, sit, purify your mind, and then concentrate on these feelings within you, meditate on injustice, on your desire for justice, on the things that happened to you, what you want to happen, continue to do this naturally and repeatedly, let it build into a cyclone, keep fueling it until whatever is building reaches it's limit, and past that point you will find your answer. This process could take hours, it's more likely to succeed if you fast beforehand and are physically exhausted, the more physically fatigued you are the quicker you will reach that breaking point.

The specifics of this are up to you, only you can determine what a holy space is, or what sanctifies it, given that these are internal emotions, not external facts.

If that's the only place in your country that sells iron, then yes.

This is where the Hermetic Qabalah comes in handy: Chamuel is associated with Geburah which gives you all sorts of correspondences (Mars, iron, the number 5, etc.) and is connected to other archangels such as Kamael and Samiel as well but you probably know all that. Chamuel's sigil is all over the internet, and you could use Damon Brand's "Archangels of Magick" (he has Kamael for Geburah) for an uncomplicated ritual although I have to say that @IllusiveOwl's operative suggestion is probably the best for such a complex matter.

I would like to stress the importance of physical exhaustion with my method, there are other good methods to stack on top of fasting, including excessive layers of clothing and uncoordinated 'emotion-driven' dance, with yoga and I have had particular success with "gibberish chanting" just to get your mind in the flow-state necessary for ego-transcendent gnosis. Some suggest repeated orgasm, but I find bringing sexuality into the picture is too distracting outside of love/lust objective workings.

Having the correspondences mentioned above may help too, I forgot to mention that once your holy space is set, you should bring in as much symbology related to Justice as you can, from the Justice Tarot card to corresponding images like scales, the Lady Justice, your Archangel in question, perhaps your Faith's laws and commandments, as well as reminders of the injustices done to you, I recommend having injustice imagery on your left and justice in your right to help yourself keep the cyclone going

I usually don't do this so you don't have to buy into any of it, might be my screwed imagination but I'm sharing this anyway.
You have indeed a few blockages but not from a space of suffering but from a space development.
What is yours is yours and nobody, no physical or astral entity can intervene and interrupt your spiritual development process as it is written.
The agreement you have for experiencing lack of resources, financial ones are part of your own template, your own path through which it continued because of the programming you are currently use.
Your external focus is consuming a lot of energy while you lose opportunities from your imediate awareness.
Richard is a name of one of your guides which does assist as much as possible with all sorts of financial issues you encounter.
Did you had a project for a business or a business idea which you did not followed through?
There are many aspects in place and right now your own energy is divided in multiple negative based beliefs... because of these energy you emanate, other energies joined your experience in order to help you build the reality you projected for yourself.
Twisted messages reach you and the reality is created as you focus on all these negative experiences.

Again, you don't have to buy into any of it. From my perspective, lack of self-trust is reinforcing a negative belief that transgenerational karmic debt is dumped into your own reality, this life experience so you can transform it.
