I appreciate this advice as direct instructions for a method to try!Concentration, like many things, comes with practice.
Start simply. Pick up an ordinary object, like an apple, and observe it. Examine its contours and whatever comes to your attention. See if you can spend five minutes finding new things about the apple. Practice that daily, maybe with different objects each time, and your ability to concentrate will improve.
We live in a noisy world. We need to step outside of it to achieve proper concentration habits.
I dislike the advice to simply "meditate" as there are many ways to do so. Some meditation actually calls for a lack of concentration, to "clear the mind" and to not focus on any thoughts but to just let them go. If you advise meditation for concentration, how do you recommend to go about it?medidation is the best
