If you've ever seen the movie Carrie (1976) where the mother makes these sexual noises during her death scene at the end(spoiler), this is a reference to the death drive.
"Kill us real good"
The death drive and the life drive translate into each other, you know you're there when they put a sexual thought into your head and the reflex is to swing an object at them. Death drive is a source of aggression, under certain circumstances, like with you're treatment in childhood, the death drive can connect to the chakras through narratives and becomes a part of the light body.
By overloading the death drive you take it to its apex in generating psychic energy. Because of the inter-translatability of death drive/life drive, the enhanced death drive energy translates as a healers drive. Which brings up the blacksun in alchemy
