Has anyone can remember a dejavu and what to do if you knowing so much

Re-establishing your own agency is a good start. The scary part (atleast for me) about deja vu is that it seems like the future is entirely out of your control. So establish that you still have some agency or will over what Will happen in the future is a good start. Also grounding practices like breathing exercises can help.
