I kind of guessed it's from the GoM and their Patron scheme but better add a link and and author (even it's an anonymous collective) next time. No luck so far but I think it will turn up eventually.

As with all the "Empowered" books, you need to be a member of the GoM's patron to get the rituals to work. Or so they say.

I think the only way for now is to either cough up 80 bucks or have someone with a lot of time and patience scan and upload every page of the physical book.

No idea. Better ask such a question in Book Discussions and Reviews where all members can see it, hardly anybody ever reads replies in Book Shares except me to check for rule violations.
