i used a random tarot website and asked if i should do my self love, confidence etc spell tmrw and i got temperance card, what does that mean?
if i put this in the wrong topic lmk, i js made an account and i'm not used to forums at all so it took me like 3 minutes to even find where to make a new thread
i don't have tarot cards and going on tarot lives takes too long

Welcome to the forum and welcome to this magical world. Personally speaking, I started reading tarot first and then practicing magical arts, so in all honesty, just get yourself a deck.
They are cheap and also available in mini format, so they do not take up that much space and you can even carry them around with you.
Dedicate time to the practice of tarot because that is just the beginning that will actually open the doors for you toward something much bigger and more interesting, namely all magical practices.
Do not trust online generators.
For something like this you absolutely have to read them yourself, or if you have spells and magic done by other people, they usually offer divination services to see if doing that specific type of magic is worth it and if it will give the hoped results.
But here a whole other discussion opens up regarding having your tarot read by others, and especially having spells done by other people.
In any case, my advice remains the same: buy your own deck and do not get readings that are artificially generated on the internet.
