Crowley had mastered this, and in the divination book I found in my teens, had info on this. These days it seems near impossible to find anything on it.

Can't say I've never heard about it before, but sounds interesting. Also validates my Autistic ass avoiding eye contact like the plague lmao.

Or rather, is it divination about the person or anything you want?
Its more about how a salesperson reads a person as they walk in the door. Astrologically speaking, from lines in the forehead, nose bridge, eyes, ears, etc can tell you a persons birth chart, or at least the big three -- sun, moon, ascendant.

From what I recall about that line of divination and Crowleys knack for it.

I don't know about divination, but I find it quite easy to "read someone" by looking at their facial expressions.

Also, I recently read something (I think it was from the Cambridge Book of Necromancie) that it was common to do divination using a virgin child somewhere. Perhaps it's related in some way.

I also can do divination through face, specifically the eyes. If they blink = yes. Extended stare = no.

What exactly did he divine? Just stuff like the sun, moon, ascendant? Birth chart material? That'd be an interesting parlor trick, but little more. I mean, normally one can ask after a person's astrologically relevant data. If Crowley could have divined a person's intentions, foibles, besetting flaws, and sterling virtues it'd all be worthwhile. Given the man's history with mates, I'd say he had some ways to go.

It's also possible to do divination through someone blinking.. You focus on their eyes: if they blink its yes and if they do not close for extended time it is no.

That, or they're dead. Or maybe just plain creepy.

Actually your advice is less divination than "reading" reactions. I have a retired 刑警---criminal police detective---for a neighbor. When he's in his cups (often) he likes to demonstrate how easy most of us are to read for lies. Which, being a married man, I already knew. Believe me wives is more astute than Charlie Chan.

Or do you mean you actually foresee the person's future? Or get the answer to a question about the future in general just by doing a blink test? Will give that a try, just to see if it works for me. One query, though. How long here is "an extended time"? Five seconds strikes me as a long while between blinks.

I ask a question to get information from them, if they blink a lot its yes if they stare for more than 3 seconds its no
