Does the Arbatel’s OS evocation method actually work?

Have you had results summoning the Olympic spirits using only the "technique" described in the Arbatel? It feels a bit strange to me that that alone would be enough to evoke the OS, and I’m worried about trying it and ending up disappointed

What is y’all’s experience on the Arbatel. It was my first ever ritual that I performed, so maybe that is why it felt like nothing happened. The ritual is pretty simple, so I feel like that system would work better is you just use the spirits in another ritual, like what is seen in Planetary...

I used a slightly modifed version mentioned in the Arbatel and i had some sucess.

I've been working with the Olympic Spirits for a couple months and at this point I can commune with them through thought prayer alone. I do aim for planetary day & hour though.

Especially with Och and Hagith, they are very receptive. Bathor and Aratron like the whole ritual Evocation process more, though will answer a prayer. Ophiel, Phul and Phaleg are in-between, not as Enthusiastic as Och & Hagith but not as formal as Bathor & Aratron.

That has been my personal experience anyway.

All of them have answered petitions, and I plan on continuing developing the relationships.

Bethor was my first ever Evocation.
