Can the mind change the physical world, If someone believes in something hard enough does it become true?
if Enough people believe in something does it become true?
If belief is what causes something to be True what is Truth?
If one's truth is someone else's falsity, is it True or False?
How does the power of Truth and Belief impact the mind of someone who believes it to be True or False

All these questions are good starting points but it will depend on your ability to digest the material and experiences you'll find on your quest. It's not for us to answer them for you, all we can offer you are opinions, and I don't suppose you'll be ever satisfied with other people's personal truths.

Manoeuvering outside established religions means foregoing the certainty of Truth with a capital t. Such spiritual freedom can drive some people to despair, materialism, or nihilism whenever they read books by true believers proclaiming their own faith to be in sole possession the Ultimate Truth in contradiction to dozens of Ultimate Truths professed by others. Chaos magic has a lot to say about the usefulness of paradigm shifting, adopting a random belief system for a time and then switching to the other, making the mind nice and pliant in the process.

In the strictest sense of the word, truth is a higly exclusionary, binary term, a fact that you mentioned in your post. If one doctrine is true, does that necessarily mean that all others are wrong? In my opinion, thinking in such absolute terms is unhelpful. What is much more rewarding though is searching for wisdom. Correct or incorrect are not the main criteria here, it's a much broader concept. Wisdom can be utter practical know-how (e.g. spiritual techniques), other times deeply empowering philosophies complete with inspiring quotes and including information you've never even dreamed of.

Over time, book wisdom will rub off on you, and you won't even ask the same questions as you did in the beginning of your quest. People may call themselves searchers after the truth but I think what they really do is looking for wisdom.

Depends. You cant necessarily change a fixity. But, for most magick to work you have to believe it works, so i guess that is one way to look at it.

1) Belief is part of the mechanism through which it happens. You also need to convince yourself of the thing without continually thinking of the thing. Continually thinking of the thing leaves you open to the thing being replaced by "Gee, I hope this works"
2) "If someone defines a thing to be real, the consequences are real" - these consequences can also include magical results.
3) I don't personally believe in Absolute Truth, although if enough sensible people agree on a thing, it is normally declared true, if not True.
4) "Don't ask me, man, I didn't do it."
5) If they are engaged at the time of a magical act, then it becomes like an arm wrestle between you. If they are not expecting it, then you can do magic in their vicinity, if not actually on them.

Is incorrect to simply say, "If you believe strongly enough, it will be real"
. Physical existence is treated as a "game" with established rules and limitations
. If a practitioner possessed unlimited, unchecked power to manifest anything with a single thought, the challenge of the game would end, and reality would dissolve
. Because of this, magick and belief-driven manifestation almost always follow the path of least "irrational" resistance
. It bends probability and works within natural, mundane laws rather than breaking them outright.
.Subjective to Objective: Change initiated within the "subjective universe" (the mind and perception) will manifest a similar and proportionate change within the "objective universe" (the physical, casual world)
. Every inner quality forged manifests exponentially in the external world

1-Yes. The World is Mind, a Dream of Consciousness. What is formed by Mind can be changed by Mind.
2-Yes. "Reality" is a series of agreements made between souls, in order to have a desired experience. If those agreements change "Reality" will transform accordingly.
3-Everything is True, or False, in relation to someone, a point of attention (Consciousness). What one decides, and believes, to be true, IS True in his or her experience. Truth, then, is a choice made by a person, as is its opposite.
4-It is both at the same time. The aristotelian / binary logic should be transcended to allow for deeper answers, as is this one I have provided. I can elaborate further if needed.
5-What will happen will depend on the beliefs of the person, and on the relationship between those beliefs and those of other people, that have the same ability to create "Reality" as he or she has.

We are actually in a simulation, which is what this is saying. The simulation can read your thoughts and change the physical world. You should look up the simulation hypothesis in order to properly motivate your occult studying.
