Do you mean "Dr John Dee’s Spiritual Diary (1583-1608), being a reset edition of Casaubon’s A True and Faithful Relation…, fully collated and corrected against BL Cotton Appendix MS XLVI, parts 1 & 2"? I found a file on pdfcoffee.com with that title but it's just 28 pages, merely the introduction. This should be proof enough that a digital version in fact exists but I haven't been able to locate it so far.

There's no digital copy of that one, could you scan it? I'm using the Microsoft Lens app on my phone to scan the books. Just scanned another one by Stephen, have a look so you can see how the final result looks like: Book – PDF - Stephen Skinner - The Clavis or Key to Unlock the Mysteries of Magic If you can't, you can always pay someone to scan it for you
