Thou marked as a tutorial, this still my personal experience.

The Ritual of aquiring easter water is know to me through pagan and slavic oral tradition.
It dates back to the early middle ages.
People would scoop up and store the water drawn between easter vigil and easter pasch.
Water drawn this way has healing and rejuvenating properties.
It is also always fresh to drink and never goes stale (but store it at your own risk).

Lets start with the instructions and how I used to draw easter water.

Material
I recommend a closed vessel of some kind (best with a lid or cap).
Where no sunlight can reach the stored water.

Location
First we to find need a suitable spring to drawn our water from.
The further away from civilized water treatment the better.
We are looking for a natural spring, untouched and pure.

Hour
In my experience the time between sunset on easter night and sun rise on easter morning is ideal.
It is important that the new sun does not shine upon the easter water,
furthermore the water should be sheltered from the sun at all times.

Procedure
As you try this yourself keep this in mind:
Any word spoken after the water has been drawn from the spring is said to break the spell.
We proceed in silence until we reach our home and seal the water away.
I was also adviced to do it in secret with as little prying eyes as possible.
If all conditions are met the process to acquiring the water is pretty simple.
Fill up as much as you need, but not more.
Seal your container and walk home in silence.
Then store the water in a place, where no sun light can reach it.

If you reached this point you have done it, congratulations! Enjoy the gift of easter water.

At this point I invite you to share your experience with similar pratices or to elaborate on the lore of easter water (as I sadly know very little about it and its magickal properties).
