Hello, I would like to ask you about something that happened to me that I cannot understand, I wonder if there is anyone who has had such an experience before.

For 2 nights I have been dreaming and in the same way my dreams seem to be completed, I don't know exactly how to describe it but
In every dream I sleep until the events are over, and when the plot of the dream is completed, I wake up around 3 a.m.
Has anyone experienced something like this?

I'm not exactly talking about dreaming, I hope you understand.

Three nights might be a pattern. I have read of this (nonfiction) somewhere. The writer opined that someone/-thing was trying to tell him something through the dream. Can you tell us a bit about the dream details?

No, the images are not clear, I don't remember.

What surprises me is that I experience a plot and I wake up in the middle of the night.

Normally dreams start and end in an instant, there is no plot, everything can change at any moment.
But as far as I can remember, these dreams I've had have a plot.

Try keeping paper and pen by your bed. When you wake after the dream, write all you can remember. Move as little as possible after waking and before writing. Movement ends to dissipate memory.

I'll do it if it happens the same way tonight.

This is the experience I had using dream herb blend - it didn't make my dreams more magical or mystical but it made it into a coherent narrative. My partner reported waking up and returning to the same dream to finish out the story.

(copying and pasting specific herbs rather than rewriting, even though it's unnecessarily specific in this context)
  • African Dream Root – Triterpenoid Saponins 98% 50mg
  • Mugwort – Thujone 45% 5mg
  • Passionflower – Chrysin 98% 50mg
  • Passionflower – GABA 99% 100mg
  • Mexican Dream Herb – Germacranolides 99% 5mg
  • Griffonia Simplicifolia – 5-HTP 98% 100mg
  • Melatonin 100% 10mg
  • Blue Lotus Extract – Nuciferine 10% 180mg

thank you an interesting mix

by the way What does it mean?
Why should I dream more eventful dreams, what is the benefit of that, does it include controlling dreams or living your dreams in your dreams?

So I think that when an entity wants to speak to you, it uses whatever levers are in your head. (In other words, if you speak English, it will use the English words it finds in your brain to communicate). Images is another language, and dreams are another access point.

If you only ever have scattered scraps of dreams, it will only ever be able to send you scattered scraps of dream communication. If you have longer, narrative dreams, it will be able to send you longer, narrative communication.

So I can't say whether that dream you had was meaningful (only you can figure that out), but the capacity to have dreams like that is useful imo.

One thing I wonder about dreams, is it possible to dream a dream and live it in a dream?

For example, before you go to sleep, you create a scenario in your head, you think about your dreams and then you go to sleep.
Is it possible to see this in a dream?

This is a practice called "dream incubation". I've never done it, but that's a phrase you can google

Mostly it's variants on invocations and imagination, i think

In Aidan Wachter's Six Ways, he has a dream incubation method where you create a "voodoo doll"* of yourself and put it in a miniature bed under your own bed. Then can you put notes or pictures of things you want to dream about into the doll-you bed with it. There's better instructions in the book.

* Sorry, i know what's not the correct term and i think the concept comes from traditional English witchcraft not anything to do with Voudon, but you know what i mean

Thank you for the interesting information, I want to try it, if I can find a clear explanation, I will evaluate it. I couldn't find the book here, too bad, do you have the pdf?
