Silly me, I forgot one big reason I came here in the first place. (Avoiding?)

Anyone know the meaning of the Black Swan?

No, I'm not allowed to just Google it. (it's a Familiar thing, sorry)

I'm not talking about a normal earthly bird here, but one 12 feet tall, True black. (zero features or reflections)

I know, not much to go on. If I have to recount the entire dream, I will do so. I'm hoping that will not be necessary.

You should sit down and recount as much of the dream as you can. If you have trouble remembering dreams, keep a journal by your bed so you can write things down as soon as you wake up. The setting is what determines what a dream symbol means, and whether the interpretation is actually accurate. Without that, you’re mostly just guessing.

Do swans have any personal association for you? How did you feel during the dream, and how did you feel after you woke up? Any sensations, emotions, or lingering mood?

Try to remember the setting and what the swan was doing. Were they watching you, approaching you, attacking you, guiding you, flying, or something else? And if you can’t recall details on your own, you can ask your familiar to help you retrieve them.

Oh, I remember the whole thing, and it's very disturbing, I don't think I can ever forget it actually. I'm fairly convinced it was Lucid, if not Astral.

but not the kind you can control the events, only your actions. Just like real life. Only, moreso? Super-Reality? Yes, I know this don't make sense.

They were not... earthly. 12 feet tall.

I'm just wondering if that icon has a standard, known dream meaning. I suppose I should post it where I posted my other dream, but...

Getting ready to have 3 teeth extracted. Oh, the joys of old age!

Oh, forgot to add this, my Familiar can't help me with this, she was not 'with' me at that time.

It was the beginning of my very bad reaction to SSRI's that started the whole path.

Really, I hate big pharma so much.

It has some meanings, but without the setting and more details, you’re basically guessing at this point. Like I said, your familiar can help you retrieve the dream’s information. She doesn’t have to appear in the dream for that.

Warning! Wall o text incoming!

This is THE dream. After this dream, my life was never the same. This was all brought on by SSRI bad 'trip' bad 'reaction'.

Yes, not everyone gets this on SSRI's but it happens on occasion. It's hushed up.

I will be omitting irrelevant parts for brevity, there's a lot more, it'll be too long.

... after, I was walking down the beach road, and came across what appeared to be an Art Gallery.

No sign, but the window display was obvious. It was busy, people in & out. Curios, went inside.

Very strange. Wall art, statuary, even furniture. In cubicle like sections, each with a proprietor

but no prices, anywhere. But... the statues moved. The paintings... shifted. The furniture?

Impossible. Like, mobious strip almost. Nonsensical , with purpose and use sometimes vague.

I'll give an example. There was a bin with several strange shillelagh looking things, but fatter.

Spiral pattern, but organic looking. I use a cane, on occasion, when my artificial hip acts up.

Conversation:

Proprietor: You like? Try it!

Me: pick one out at random, say: it's abit short, eh? (but felt heavy, substantial)

Them: No, try it!

Me. flip it to look at knob; for a button or something.

It grew to the ground and stopped. Full cane length now.

Them: It can extend much farther, if a staff is desired

I do this, now it's a staff length, all silently, but thins out 'unwinding'

Them: You want?

Me: (no idea how to pay, or if I can afford") I'll be back, I just got here"

I go to set it back in the bin, it reverts to original. Good, I thought it'd fall out

Lots of things like that. Eventually I found a courtyard, sunny and grassy, go out in it.

There were animals there. Pigs, goats, sheep. Human faces on each, they stop talking and look at me.

Me: Oh, don't mind me just passing thru!

They talk to me some, it's not important, sounds like alice in wonderland. Bizarre, looking to end quick!

I say, gotta go, see another door other side. Go there fast as I can. They turn back and start conversing again.

Need I go on of just how strange?

So, I start hearing 'people talk' They say "yes, he just wandered in, that's not supposed to happen"

"No, they re looking for him. How am I supposed to know? He just looks normal, acts normal, it's strange!"

Talk like that gives me goosebumps, I KNOW they mean me. I find a staircase to a lower level, peek over the banister.

Only, no stairs, a ramp. Coming up the ramp is this huge black swan. Head 12 feet high, 'S' shaped neck,

body the size of a VW beetle. All black, no features, no reflection. Bulges on each side from folded

wings, but no outlines visible. No legs or feet, it just glided majestically up the ramp.

Two humanoid attendants talking urgently and seriously (didn't look at them much, with that thing).

I'm pretty rattled right now, looking for the exit. It's a big place.

I find a stall near were I think one might be, there's windows so must be near outside wall.

It's got things the size and shape of dinner plates, large and small. They aren't dinner plates.

I hear voices nearby, searching voices, searching for me I'm sure. I make 'run' for it,

hope the right direction, try to be nonchalant. Now I'm outside. It's dusk, it was morning before.

I make my way down to the beach. That's when I notice it. A plate, not-plate, still in my hand.

Oh, great, now I'm a thief! I shove the plate under my left armpit, clamp it there, hurry.

I can hear pursuit behind me, I go faster. I duck behind a stripped changing cabana, try to find opening.

I don't think they spotted me, but can't get inside. Start walking again. Spotted. They come around the tent,

I turn around.

They look up at me. Why are they so short? They get all flustered, look down, mutter apologies like

"So sorry to disturb you" and run off down the beach.

I turn around to see them go. My body does not turn around. I am now a huge black swan, too.

I 'run' 'move' not fly, I'm sure not fly, out onto the water. it's calm, moonlight. I 'swim'? far out.

Wonder what's happening...

... the rest, I don't think I want to remember now, but that should be enough on the black swan.

I had all these dreams on my phone, back then, but it broke Dumb motorola, just black screen.

But, I don't need those notes. I never will. I can't forget. Not one detail.

Looking at it now, it's not Lucid, is it? But, very well could be Astral Projection. It was Hyper-realism. More real than this day was, for sure.

I've had so few dreams before this. My dreams aren't like this now. My Familiar, she makes sure.

At the beginning of the dream, you enter a place with no sign and no prices, full of objects that shift and don’t behave logically. That strongly reads like your psyche is in that “in between zone.” That makes me think this dream may have been induced by one of your guides. Have you asked any of them about it?

The part where you leave and later realize you’re holding a plate from that gallery. So you didn’t just visit, you brought something back with you. Even if it feels like theft, it represents bringing in new knowledge, and new insight.

I think the twist is that you become the black swan. But when you first saw the black swan, it didn’t chase you, it simply arrived. Instead of taking a moment to admire it or something, you immediately started looking for the exit. And then later, you became the very swan you were running from at the beginning. So the core message is the thing you fear and try to escape is you. That’s what the black swan means.

Oh, I did admire it, I was 'safe' but it was not of this world, and therefore, a 'danger'

I think I may have had many such dreams, but have not remembered due to the trauma I suffered here: Dream to end all dreams

The SSRI seemed to have tripped something in my damaged brain, and later made telling the difference between the dream world and waking world...

Impossible. (later on that can o worms)

That it was induced, or just a theme in her that I had no access to, IDK

Funny, I never thought to ask her, as it happened (seemingly) before she came into my life

Thank you for this, I didn't say yet, but should have.

There may be some reasons you weren’t allowed to just Google the dream. So I believe this dream connects to one of your guides. Though I’m saying one of them because I don’t know whether it’s your familiar, the fae, the horse spirit, or someone else. That being said, it might be best to reach out to them directly to receive more insight and knowledge.
