I found the book to be enlightening and enjoyable, with runes and exercises to play with from the Celtic perspective.
It states at the bottom front. "Celtic Fairie Craft & Elemental Magic."

Chapters:
Elemental Power - The Mystical Connection
Druidism - it's Connection to Nature and Self Nature.
Tuathua De Dannan - The Tribe of Danu
The Elements - Reflective Musings.
Fire - The Warriors
Water - The Priestly Ones
Earth - The Clan Leaders
Air - The Bards
Spirit - The Fair Ones
Celtic Quest - Crafting the Keys to Realm
Dragons of Tara - Taking Flight
The Wyrd - Earth, Laws and Craft.

It is in itself a system of magic. Rune meditations can be very potent.

And only 18 dollars like my physical copy.

Path working and shamanic journeying. It's how the book is setup. Connect with nature and spend all available time in it. Search carefully in groves.

My guess anyway...
