[Tutorial] § EGGREGORES: WHAT THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY DO §

Informative post.
Eggregores, almost always poorly understood and defined in a childish, erroneous way, represent fully vitalizing concepts, with their own personal Spiritual and strongly Energetic dimension, which intimately unites all members of initiatory communities such as Lodges. Only ritualistic institutions (the Church, Freemasonry, Martinism, etc.) can actually generate a millennial Eggregore that does not escape their control, thanks to the perennial power sucked from the many faithful who pray, who give themselves away unaware of where their energy is going.

It can be destroyed, very rarely, if the ritual is abandoned and its creator members and writings are suppressed by cold fire. On the other hand, it cannot be extinguished by natural death, nor ever by bloodshed, which even increases its occult vitality.

This explains why persecutions against Christianity have in fact always increased its spread, and why heretics and their writings were destroyed by fire.

The name Egregore (which must then receive its own personalized hidden name) is given to a devastating force that is always hungry, created by a powerful spiritual current and then nourished every day at regular intervals according to a rhythm in harmony with the universal life of the Cosmos, or to a gathering of entities linked by a common character.

In the invisible realm, which lies beyond human physical perception, there are artificial beings, generated by devotion, enthusiasm, and fanaticism, which are called Egregores. They are, in practice, all the souls of the great spiritual currents, good or bad. The Mystical Church, the Heavenly Jerusalem, the Body of Christ, and all synonyms form the qualifications that are generally given to the Egregore of Catholicism.

Freemasonry, Protestantism, Islam, and Buddhism are Egregores, as are the great political ideologies.

Psychically integrated through ritual initiation or intellectual adherence to one of these currents, the affiliate becomes one of its constituent cells. The power of the Egregore will increase uncontrollably with the qualities or defects it has, and in return, the Egregore isolates him from the external forces of the physical world, reinforcing with all the collective strength it has accumulated before, the few means of action of the man who has joined it. Instinctively, popular language gives the Egregore the name ‘Circle’ to express the idea of a circuit. A kind of inner psychic circulation arises between the constituent cell, that is, between the affiliate and the group.

Since the rhythm of Egregoric life exists only through ritualism, it is understandable that the slightest decline in this ritualism will cause an identical decline in the vital rhythm of the concept, somewhat like a human organ that functions abnormally. Once established and perpetuated through use and time, a ritual cannot be changed without weakening the Egregore, which explains why secrecy is used especially in initiation rites.

With Divine Names and Words of Power, i.e., consecrated ritual definitions, it is possible, even with prayers, formulas, and invocations, which are always consecrated, to establish a spiritual relationship between man and God. Thus, names, words, special formulas, and secrets are used to awaken the Egregore on command.
