In case your circle has been breached or someone sent a demon or you got possessed and kicked out of your body, you simply don't have the time to perform elaborate banishing rituals

What is the best incantation or gestures or mudras for banishing and protection you can employ at the moment of emergency (P.S. The LBRP uses the Earth banishing pentagram, and is only meant to banish earthly energetic imbalances, not supernatural nightmares)

And what are the long term solutions once the emergency has been dealt with?

The one you train for exactly that purpose. LBRP is practiced as training, so you can practice short fast banishing too.

From one of the books on Loki I memorized and few times actually used this spell:
Eldr brena
Eldr hreinsa
Eldr Loka
Eidi Skugga

The way you’re framing the scenario already tells me the real issue isn’t “what gesture do I use,” it’s stance.
If you’re in a situation where you believe you’ve been “kicked out of your body” or “a demon breached your circle,” you don’t need a mudra, you need to stop collapsing into the story.

Here’s my answer:
1. Emergency banishing isn’t about words or symbols. It’s about authority.
When things go sideways, you don’t have time for choreography.
You have time for one thing: Reassert your center.

That means:
straighten your spine
inhale sharply
drop awareness into the solar plexus
and command the space.

Not politely.
Not fearfully.
Not theatrically.

Just:
“No.”
Delivered from the center of your being.

That’s the whole banishing.
Everything else is ornamentation.

2. The fastest “banishing gesture” is reclaiming your body.
Not symbolically.
Literally, plant your feet,
clench your hands,
breathe into the diaphragm
feel the weight of your body
and pull your awareness back behind your eyes.

If you can do that, nothing is “in” you.
If you can’t do that, no incantation will save you.

3. The long‑term solution is not more banishings. It’s structure.
People who fear “breaches” usually lack one of these:
mental discipline
emotional regulation
astral hygiene
clear boundaries
a stable mythic stance

If you build those, you don’t get “kicked out of your body.”
You don’t get “breached.”
You don’t get “possessed.”

You get pressure, imagery, projection, fear responses, or energetic turbulence all of which are manageable if you’re trained.

4. The real long‑term solution is to stop outsourcing your authority.
If you believe a demon can overpower you, you’ve already ceded the fight.
If you believe your circle is fragile, it is.
If you believe you can be “kicked out,” you’ve already stepped aside.

The fix isn’t a ritual.
It’s sovereignty.
Build that, and the emergencies stop happening.
