Enemy Located

I have located the witch or whatever she is. She lives right above me. She traces me wherever I go in my house and just makes distracting thumping sound above me. She also hexes my appliances making it frustrating to work sometimes. I’m also an animator. Other than keeping a sound mind I don’t know how to attack her to the degree that I prefer.
